Emergency Repairs

An emergency repair is where there is immediate or serious risk to people or property

We are currently unable to support emergency repairs being logged using the Customer Portal

You must call the contact centre on 0333 200 7304. Use option 1, option 3 and option 1 for the emergency queue

Non-urgent Repairs

Please check the Your Repairs & Maintenance page on our website to check what repairs Platform are responsible for and what repairs you, as a tenant, are responsible for.

For any other repair please continue to use this section to log your repair.

After logging the repair a member of the Customer Services team will be in touch within 5 days
to schedule your appointment.
